We don't talk politics on Around the House with Eric G but the election this year changed a ton of laws in many states with what Federally has been called illegal drug use. Here in my State small personal use amounts of all controlled substances have been basically made legal (Not Federally). How is this going to affect your employees in your business? Do you have to now change your employee handbook? Lets talk about the steps you might have to take to protect your business.
